Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum we need to run the service: your email, your name, and your tool settings. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and there are no card numbers anywhere; payments are made in crypto through NOWPayments.

Account details. Your email address, first and last name, and a securely hashed version of your password. We can never read the password itself.

Plan state. Which plan you are on, when it ends, and a reference to the payment that bought it. We never see or store your wallet keys, and no card details exist anywhere in the system.

Tool settings. Your RSI period, thresholds, theme, and similar preferences, so the tool looks the same on every device you sign in from.

Security basics. Login attempts and timestamps, used only to protect accounts from break-in attempts.

No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts following you around, no selling or renting of personal data to anyone. Your trading activity is also invisible to us: the tool shows market data, it never connects to your exchange account.

We use one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. It is not used for tracking and there is nothing to opt in or out of. Signing out removes it.

These services help us run the product, and only receive what they need to do so:

NOWPayments processes crypto payments: they see the payment itself (the coin, amount, and the addresses involved) but never your account password or tool data. Supabase hosts our database, where account and settings data lives. Resend delivers our emails, such as verification codes. Market data comes from the public Binance API, which receives no personal data about you.

Your data stays as long as your account exists. If you want your account and its data deleted, email us from your account address and we will remove it. Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it.

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email is enough.
