Refund Policy

Every account includes a free plan with no card and no time limit. That is deliberate: we want you to know exactly what you are paying for before any money changes hands.

Pro is a one-off crypto payment for a fixed period. Nothing charges you automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel and no surprise renewal to refund. When your time runs out, you simply drop back to the free plan with your account and settings untouched.

If something is genuinely wrong, we will make it right. Email us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund you if the tool was broken or unusable for a meaningful part of the period, or you paid twice by mistake, or this was your first payment and the tool simply is not what you expected.

Because payments are made in cryptocurrency, refunds are sent in crypto back to a wallet address you give us, normally in the same coin you paid with. Network fees may be deducted, and the amount refunded is the amount you paid in crypto terms; we cannot compensate for exchange-rate moves between paying and refunding.

We cannot refund payments older than 14 days, periods you actively used, underpaid or expired invoices where nothing was credited (there is nothing to refund; contact support and we will sort the payment out instead), or losses from trading decisions. Email rsiscreener1@gmail.com from your account address with the date of the payment and, for refunds, the wallet address to send it back to. A human reads these and replies, usually within a day or two.
